Student Scholarships Opportunities
The Milman Scholarship provides opportunities for undergraduate and graduate candidates in educator preparation programs to explore innovative ideas and strategies in learning how to effectively teach to students in high needs schools through the integration of arts.
LUTE-STEM is Lehman’s second USDOE-sponsored urban residency program. Each cohort will be comprised of 25 high achieving, diverse individuals who will participate in a year-long paid residency in a high need school located in the Bronx (15+ hours per week during fall semester and full-time during spring semester).
The Lehman College TESOL Clinically Rich Intensive Teacher Institute (CR-ITI) is a one-year cohort program for twenty eligible NYS teachers who want to obtain a TESOL teaching certificate. The program is open to full-time certified teachers assigned to a bilingual program for AY 2020-2021. The CR-ITI-BE is a 12-month program (June 2020 – May 2021).
Take care of yourselves and let us know how we can continue to support you during this time.
